The company is formerly Laizhou Xiongying Tire Co.,Ltd, which was established in 1975. Shandong Hawk International Rubber Industry Co., Ltd is currently a council member of Shandong Rubber Industry Association.

Located in Phoenix Industry Park, Laizhou Economy Developing Zone of Shandong Province, the company covers over 500,000 square meters with capital asset of 1200 million RMB. The company has more than 2300 staff including 260 senior technicians and 11 national patents.
